Who we are

TransferPortl (transferportl.com) is run by Ray Carpenter. These terms cover the website and any report you buy from us. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to them.

What the site provides

TransferPortl publishes college football data and model estimates: transfer vulnerability (TVS), destination fits, and estimated NIL values. These are statistical estimates, not facts about any player, and not insider information.

Do not use them as the only basis for a contract, a scholarship, a financial decision, or a decision about a player's future. Player data comes from public and licensed sources and can lag or contain errors.

Agent Fit Reports

A report ranks schools for one player by how well he fits each staff's portal history and positional need. It is a fit report, not a prediction of where a player will sign.

We deliver each report by email within 24 hours of payment, or within 24 hours of your request for season-pass reports. A season pass covers up to 8 players and can be used through January 16 of the current portal cycle. Unused slots expire then.

Reports are for you and your clients. You may share a report with the player and his family. Do not resell it, publish it, or redistribute it in bulk.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If we do not deliver your report within 24 hours, we refund you in full. After delivery, sales are final. Season-pass slots you do not use are not refundable after January 16. To ask for a refund, email us from the address you paid with.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other users, try to get around rate limits or access controls, or copy the site's data into a competing product.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site and reports are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a report is limited to the amount you paid us for that report in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
