Reproducible performance metrics for the TVS, NIL, and destination models, measured on the deployed models and tracked over time.

Destination performance is measured without target injection against a most-common-school baseline. TVS is a temporal walk-forward relative risk score. NIL is a transparent budget estimate, not a validated market model.
